Launching our new ‘Cheeky Chilli’ spice blends
Our spices are best applied directly to meat, fish or chicken and are an ideal way to season meats that require lengthy cooking times or grilling at high temperatures. We recommend using one tablespoon of our blends per half pound of meat or poultry. They are best applied an hour or two before cooking. This allows the flavors to be absorbed by the meat. Many professional chefs prefer using dry rubs to marinades since they do not burn as easily when cooking.
